The Twins SR2 Muay Thai Skipping Rope is a weighted heavy duty skipping rope that is a huge step up from a normal skipping or speed rope. The SR2 heavy rope has high quality bearing handles for a smooth spinning action and thick rubber rope.

The SR2 Skipping rope helps build strength and endurance with focus on the shoulders and the forearms along with improvements in footwork and agility.

Shortening of the rope is achieved by pushing the rope into the handles.

Good for outdoors - concrete/tarmac etc

I have had so many skipping ropes break on me after a week because they cant handle being used outside of the gym on the hard surfaces in the park, street, on the patio. This is the first rope that has lasted a reasonable amount of time. Its quite heavy so will also give your arms and shoulders a bit of a work out. Recommended!Only note is that if you are skipping barefoot and you catch you toes it does hurt a bit more then a light speed rope. So I wear trainers when using this rope
